Your information, plainly
Amino isn’t generally available yet. This summary covers the only information the site collects today. A full privacy policy will be published before anyone hires an Amino.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we ask for your work email, first name, last name and company. We don’t create accounts, take payment details or build advertising profiles.
Why we collect it
To invite you when your desk is ready, and to ask a few early-access questions along the way. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it lives
Waitlist entries are stored in Notion, which processes them on our behalf as a third-party service provider, in a workspace only our team can access. We keep them while the waitlist is open and delete them when you get an account or ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it or delete it at any time. No account needed.
Write to privacy@amino.ai and a person will answer.
When you hire an Amino
The work your employees do for you, including desk recordings and receipts, will be your data, processed on your instructions. The full privacy policy and the Data Processing Agreement will set this out.
